General Information 賽事概况
Lang Mu Si Town is located in just between Gannan and Sichuan northwest border in the Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture in an altitude of 3350 meters. Lang Mu Si Monastery was founded in 1748 and is a famous Buddhist monastery between Gansu Province, Qinghai Province and Sichuan Province. It is surrounded by hills and grasslands and it is used to be the homeland for Amdo Tibetan people to live in their tradition nomadic life.
甘南的郎木寺鎮是一個剛好位於甘南和川西北交界線上的藏地小鎮，位於海拔3350米的，處在碌曲縣 城以南90公里處。郎木寺創建於1748年，是甘肅省、青海省、四川省交界處的著名佛教寺院。丘陵和 草原環抱其四周，安多藏族世代在此繁衍生息，這里至今仍保留著原始的游牧生活。

25 June: Arrive LangMusi.
26 June: Acclimatization Day, Race briefing and gear check.
27 June: Race Stage 1, distance: 35km, time limit: 9 hours.
28 June: Race Stage 2, distance: 45km, time limit: 12 hours.
29 June: Race Stage 3, distance: 20km, time limit: 5 hours. Awards banquet at LangMuSi.
30 June: Depart from LangMuSi.
6月25日：到達郎木寺。
6月26日：高原適應, 賽事講解及檢查裝備。
6月27日：第一階段賽事，距離：35公里，時限：9小時。
6月28日：第二階段賽事，距離：45公里，時限：12小時。
6月29日：第三階段賽事，距離：20公里，時限：5小時。於郎木寺頒獎晚宴。
6月30日：離開郎木寺。

Airport: XiaHe Airport
From Xiahe airport to Langmusi town is about 130 kilometers. Direct flights to Xiahe airport are available from Xi’An, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Yinchuan and Lhasa.

夏河機場離郎木寺鎮約130KM，有直航從西安，重慶，成都，天津，銀川，拉薩，飛往夏河。
Bus 班車
No direct bus from Xiahe airport to Langmusi town. You can take the airport shuttle from Xiahe airport to Hezuo city and then transfer to the bus to Langmusi town.
Bus from Hezuo to Langmusi departs at 7:50AM, 9:30AM and 11:00AM every day. The trip takes about 2.5 hours.
夏河機場沒有直達郎木寺鎮的大巴，你可以在抵達機場後，選擇機場大巴抵達合作市然後換乘大巴到郎木寺鎮。
合作去郎木寺大巴車發車時間7：50, 9：30, 11：00，車程約2.5小時。
